The Best Job You’ll Ever Have

Update May 15, 2020: Due to the suspension of our 2020 summer sessions, we are not currently accepting staff applications for 2020

Why Work at Falling Creek?

If you want to make a difference in the lives of young men while building life skills, there’s no better place to spend your summer than Falling Creek Camp.

Falling Creek Camp is a traditional boys summer camp, set on 890 private mountaintop acres, where warrior spirit, moral compass, servant’s heart, and positive attitude rule the day.

We are looking for artisans and experts in a trade or activity who are willing to be part of a team of staff and teach campers. Staff will teach one or more of our in-camp activities or adventure trip programs; Male counselors live in a cabin with approximately eight campers, while female staff live on campus in shared community housing.

Leave a Lasting Legacy

We believe boys need a place where they can unplug from technology for literally hundreds of hours – and just “be boys.” Set on 890 mountaintop acres in Western North Carolina, Falling Creek provides a unique opportunity for physical, spiritual, and social growth – just for boys.
