We are always looking for staff that exemplify the characteristics of our Code, which include Warrior Spirit, Servants Heart, Moral Compass, and Positive Attitude.
Working at Falling Creek is more than just a summer job - you can make a difference in the lives of others, and learn invaluable skills to enhance your resume. Camp is a place where everyone helps, respects, uplifts others, tries their best, and does the right thing.
We ask each camper and staff member to pledge to follow the Falling Creek Camp Code and live it every day.
My experiences at Falling Creek significantly enhanced my reliance on faith, brotherhood, training/preparation, leadership, and field craft which are all so vital to succeeding as a Commissioned Officer and a leader of Marines.
Lt.Col. Bethea / Camper, CIT, 1984-1989
The people I’ve met at Falling Creek are among of the most genuine, caring, and hard-working I’ve ever known, and the friendships that develop there are truly something special. I’ve found so much guidance and growth through the people that I’ve come to know at FCC, and their influence will undoubtedly be with me for the rest of my life.

More Counselor StoriesFCC and its people had more to do with shaping me for whatever role I fill (father, husband, lawyer, coach) than any other place.
