Hello Falling Creek Families,

We know that the Falling Creek Community network is wide and diverse and we are reaching out to ask if you know someone that would make a great addition to join us full-time and contribute toward “shepherding the journey of personal growth through love and adventure”? Two of camp’s directors, Ben Williams (Outdoor Adventure Director) and Diana Byrd (Director of Food Services), will step back from camp to spend needed time with family. Both will remain on staff as we search for and orient the most fitting candidate.

Ben, who lives in Salt Lake City, UT with his wife Elliot, has spent the past 26 years consistently raising the bar on the outdoor adventure program. Although Ben will not be here full-time in the summer, he will remain involved through consulting, staff training, and serving as a ”pro” instructor on trips.

Diana has spent the last four years improving our food services with her not-so-secret ingredient, love. She will be moving to Florida to care for her father. There is no question that Ben and Diana’s impact on our community make for big shoes to fill.

People are the most valuable part of Falling Creek Camp. This is why our search must be broad and thoughtful. If you know an individual with the character and personality and professionalism that you have come to expect with Falling Creek staff members,
