Jasmine Westbrook

Administrative Assistant

As Administrative Assistant in the camp office, Jasmine uses her strong communication skills, organizational prowess, and love for the outdoors to further our mission at Falling Creek.

Jasmine is from New Port Richey, Florida, a Gulf Coast town north of Tampa. Her love of horses began when her family moved to Eustis, a small town in the center of the state surrounded by orange groves and cows. Eustis High School is also where she met her husband, TJ, and they dreamed of one day moving to the mountains. Jasmine worked on ranches in Nebraska and South Dakota, before moving to Charlotte, NC to work in the Thin Film Coating department for Northrop Grumman. In October of 2021, they found their log cabin dream home just off Bob’s Creek Road near camp, and fulfilled their dream of moving to the mountains. She joined the full-time team at Falling Creek in 2022.

Jasmine has two dogs, Kiwi and Delta, as well as two American Quarter Horse mares. Her roan mare is her pride and joy, and both are extremely well bred for barrel racing. Her hobbies are horseback riding and camping with the horses, hiking, and mountain biking with her husband. With a background in barrel racing, Jasmine has since switched focus from racing to the breeding and training of prospects for others to race and enjoy. She spends a lot of her free time studying conformation, pedigree, stats, and proven crosses of barrel horses so she can breed the nicest quality animal possible. What Jasmine finds most enjoyable is when she and TJ haul their “four-legged kids” for camping trips, spending the days riding and the evenings around a fire with music and great food.
