Jennylynn Johnson

  • My name is Jennylynn Johnson
  • I’m from Virginia
  • Previously I worked in the corporate world in the renewable energy supply chain with wind turbines! However, I am in the process of transitioning to the outdoor industry and am preparing to start up outdoor programs cross-culturally to build community and facilitate spiritual conversations!
  • This is my first year on staff at Falling Creek
  • I’m the Quality Improvement Coordinator
  • I wanted to be a marine biologist when I was younger, but then found I was not ‘nailing-it’ in my bio classes at school (haha). I then went to college and am an Industrial and Systems engineer by school, but am now pursuing program management in the outdoor industry to blend my skills, experiences, and passions!
  • What food would I be happy eating every day? I love a kielbasa stir fry over rice with yum yum sauce! It’s a great camping food, easy to prepare, allows for variety, and has most of the main food groups!
  • What fictional place would I like to visit? I would love to visit Narnia! Not only do I love the theme of the story, but the geography is beautiful along with the cozy cottages and interesting characters!
  • What would a successful summer look like for me? The campers and staff have a fun and fulfilling time while enjoying the outdoors, learning new skills, building new friendships, and growing spiritually in the Lord!
