Something I completed on my “bucket list” was riding in a hot air balloon. It was a gift for my sister and the whole family joined. We got some great family photos!
My favorite sandwich? I love a pesto sandwich. I mix a little mayo with pesto and spread it on a chiabatta roll. Then place a slice of tomato and a slice of mozzeralla and put it in the oven to warm. Sooo yummy!!!
Something I’m currently trying to make a habit is exercise. I don’t like the way I feel when I’m exercising but love the feeling after. And I know it’s good for me, so I’m working on it.
What’s the best gift I’ve ever received? My daughter lives in Arkansas so I don’t get to see her that often. For my last birthday, she surprised me with a visit. I wasn’t expecting it at all because she told me she wasn’t able to get the time off from work. She had even called me on the morning of my birthday “from work” to wish me a happy birthday but really, she had flown to Texas the night before and stayed at my sisters house. She surprised me when I was out to lunch with my brother. My whole family was in on it. I had a wonderful birthday and birthday weekend spending time with my daughter and rest of my family.
