- I’m from Asheville, NC
- I’m a special education teacher in the Asheville area, I found this career because of camp 11 years ago.
- This is my 6th year on staff at Falling Creek (’14-’17, ’25-’26)
- I’ll be a driver and teach woodworking
- Something I’ve completed on my “bucket list?” Hiking Mt. Blanc in Switzerland and a ten day backcountry in Banff are probably my happiest memories
- Something I’m currently trying to make a habit is reading a book every two weeks
- The best present I’ve ever received? One of my best friends gave me a very nice jacket just because he thought it would look better on me (it did)

We’ve got outdoor adventure jobs (backpacking, mountain biking, paddling, & rock climbing), lots of sports jobs (basketball, pickleball, soccer, tennis, etc.), classic camp jobs (archery, horseback riding, riflery, fishing & more), plus arts jobs (arts & crafts, blacksmithing, ceramics, woodworking…), plus nursing jobs, facilities, paid internships, and more!
