- I am an adventure guide instructor and assessor.

- I’m teaching rock climbing
- My favorite sandwich? A toasted sandwich with roast beef,cheese sauce, mushrooms and onions. It is an entire meal in one sandwich.
- Something I’m currently trying to make a habit is not grabbing my phone first thing in the morning.
- The best present I’ve ever received? I once got gifted a wok, I now use it at every opportunity I get.
