My name is James
I am from Columbia, South Carolina
I’m currently a freshman at Clemson University, pursuing a degree in Environmental and Natural Resources - Conservation Biology
This is my first year on staff at Falling Creek
I’m teaching fly fishing and nature
My favorite mythical or magical animal is a Skinwalker
Have I ever completed something on my “bucket list?” I went on a week long canoe trip through the Boundary Waters of Minnesota! We canoed through over 50 miles of backcountry lakes and rivers, all while carrying our food and supplies with us. The night sky was unbelievable, and I even got to catch a bunch of new fish species that we don’t see down here, like pike and walleye!
My favorite sandwich is an italian sub, it just doesn’t get any better than that.
Something I’m currently trying to make a habit is getting up early and putting the phone down!
The best present I ever received was my first fly rod when I was in 4th grade. I still use it to this day!
